What you’ll need
  • Qualified Solicitor
  • At least two years' experience handling employment tribunal litigation
  • Experience managing an independent caseload
  • Strong understanding of Employment Tribunal procedures
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to assess claims
  • Ability to provide clear advice
  • Ability to achieve positive outcomes for clients
