Requirements
What you’ll need- Admitted Solicitor or CILEx
- At least 3 years’ experience handling a full EL/PL and fast track caseload
- Confidence managing cases from start to finish
- Experience issuing and serving proceedings
- Experience reviewing and responding to defences
- Ability to navigate court directions and interim applications
- Experience instructing counsel and supporting trial preparation
- Strong legal acumen
- Ability to communicate with empathy and clarity
- Collaborative working ability
