Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Admitted Solicitor or CILEx
  • At least 3 years’ experience handling a full EL/PL and fast track caseload
  • Confidence managing cases from start to finish
  • Experience issuing and serving proceedings
  • Experience reviewing and responding to defences
  • Ability to navigate court directions and interim applications
  • Experience instructing counsel and supporting trial preparation
  • Strong legal acumen
  • Ability to communicate with empathy and clarity
  • Collaborative working ability
