About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage end-to-end recruitment for Trainee Solicitors, Apprenticeships, and Work Experience programmes
Build strong relationships with universities and internal stakeholders
Manage day-to-day recruitment activity and provide accurate, efficient administrative support
Represent Thompsons at careers fairs, campus events and outreach activities across the UK, requiring some travel

Requirements

What you’ll need

1–2 years’ experience in recruitment, ideally with exposure to Early Careers, Emerging Talent or high-volume recruitment
A background in in-house recruitment, with a strong interest in or knowledge of law and social justice would also be beneficial
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS)
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards
