Fire Licensing & Scheduling Associate
Thompson SafetyFire Licensing & Scheduling Associate who manages licensure applications and scheduling for fire life safety customers. Assisting with administrative projects in the fire life safety industry.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Responsible for researching and executing applications, changes and renewals for company and individual licenses required to perform work in the fire life safety industry.
- Assist with scheduling business services for multiple fire life safety customers.
- Responds to general inquiries from management, employees, customers both inside and outside of the company.
- Interface with vendors and various internal teams.
- Assist with special projects and research as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
What you’ll need- High School Diploma or GED required.
- 2+ years’ experience with demonstrated success at executing administrative practices at a high level.
- Self-starter who is dependable and looking to grow their skills.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions, complete work accurately and timely.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to multi-task and effectively manage your day by working independently and as a team.
- Strong working knowledge of office equipment & systems like Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint) with the ability to learn new technology quickly.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
