About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Responsible for the safe, compliant, and efficient reprocessing of fire extinguishers in accordance with National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) standards, primarily NFPA 10.
Maintain full control of warehouse inventory, asset tracking, and technician support readiness.
Directly manages a team of employees.
Oversee recharge, 6-year maintenance, hydrostatic testing, valve replacement, and O-ring servicing.
Maintain accurate real-time inventory and logs.
Maintain hydrostatic test equipment calibration.
Train warehouse technicians in daily operations.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Leadership of supervisory experience preferred
3-5 years of experience in fire extinguisher service
Experience managing inventory systems
Texas Fire Extinguisher License (R or B preferred)
Strong mechanical aptitude
