About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provides administrative support services to various areas of a fire protection branch.
- Responds to general inquiries from management, employees, clients inside and outside of the company.
- Interfaces with vendors and various internal departments.
- Assists with special projects and research as needed.
- Assists with managing PO's, tracking orders, receiving and billing/invoices orders as required.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
What you’ll need- High School Diploma or GED required.
- 2 years previous experience providing administrative support.
- Skills in using MS Office.
- Dependability and ability to follow instructions.
- Demonstrated accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication, planning and organizational skills.
- Extensive knowledge of standard administrative practices, software applications and satisfaction.
