About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Recruiting: Own the full-cycle recruitment for tech and non-tech positions. This includes identifying open roles, clarifying requirements, conducting interviews, and ensuring a smooth, high-quality candidate experience.
- Active Sourcing: Build and maintain your network through active sourcing. For us, it's not only about skills but also about the right mindset.
- Onboarding: Together with Iva, design and build an excellent candidate-to-employee onboarding journey.
- Employer Branding: Lead modern external and internal employer branding initiatives. Create campaigns, write posts, and contribute creative ideas for our social media channels (e.g., Instagram and LinkedIn).
- Data Analysis & KPIs: Implement, interpret, and present recruitment KPIs to relevant stakeholders and at our quarterly company Assembly.
- Miscellaneous: During quieter periods, support Nassrin, Anne and Iva with other projects and tasks as needed, and respond to inquiries from Thomann.io employees.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum 3 years' experience in a comparable recruitment role, ideally with a strong focus on tech recruiting.
- Solid understanding of different tech stacks and IT roles.
- Extensive experience with common recruitment strategies, active sourcing, and diverse hiring channels.
- Proven track record in driving or contributing to employer branding initiatives.
- Experience working with recruitment metrics and KPIs and applying them effectively.
- Fluent in German and English (written and spoken).
