About the role

  • Mentor, train, and develop team members’ skills to support their professional growth while ensuring performance standards are met;
  • Actively participate in performance management, including periodic evaluations and salary reviews;
  • Define, track, and align individual and organizational objectives;
  • Oversee and structure high-impact technology initiatives;
  • Promote and enforce Thirdbridge's quality standards;
  • Manage human and professional issues with rigor and empathy;
  • Supervise development cadence by balancing quality, deadlines, and capacity;
  • Monitor the financial tracking of ongoing projects;

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience);
  • 8+ years of experience in software development, including at least 4 years in a leadership or management role leading engineering teams delivering complex projects (ideally within a professional services firm);
  • Strong technical background: software architecture, modern development practices, web and mobile technologies, cybersecurity;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Comfortable giving and receiving feedback;
  • Demonstrated ability to balance technical involvement and strategic leadership, with a strong sense of ownership;
