About the role
- Act as the primary point of contact between TAG and clients
- Establish relationships with internal teams and client stakeholders
- Develop and manage project documentation (timelines, project plans, meeting notes, budget trackers)
- Support project scoping by gathering requirements
- Manage project execution from kickoff through launch
- Forecast and manage project resources aligning with budgets and schedules
- Monitor project health and identify potential risks or blockers
- Collaborate closely with design, strategy, development, and QA teams
- Participate in QA reviews for deliverables
- Lead recurring project meetings
- Provide clear communication to internal leadership and clients
- Contribute to continuous improvement by sharing feedback and ideas
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience managing web development projects
- Experience specifically with Drupal and/or Wordpress, Contentful, or Shopify is a plus
- Strong communication skills (listening, writing, speaking)
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines across multiple projects
- Detail-oriented with a professional demeanor
- Ability to build trust with clients
- Comfortable working in a technical environment
- Eager to learn and open to mentorship
