About the role
- New customer acquisition & growth
- You identify market potential, build sustainable customer relationships, and strengthen our presence with international accounts.
- Key Account Management
- You take responsibility for strategically important customers, lead negotiations at decision-maker level, and establish long-term partnerships.
- Mentor & Role Model
- With your sales expertise you inspire colleagues, share best practices, support key deals, and help the whole team achieve its targets.
- Market Insight & Collaboration
- You stay close to the market, identify trends early, and actively contribute your insights to our product and marketing strategy. Together with management, you help shape the company’s development.
Requirements
- Several years of proven success in B2B SaaS sales, ideally with international experience
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to motivate others by example and to enthuse them about our vision
- Strong communication skills in German and English, both spoken and written
- Entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for actively driving growth
