About the role
- Lead system improvements and digital transformation initiatives across HR, payroll, and workforce tools
- Administer HR, payroll, ATS, and workforce management systems with a focus on optimization and automation
- Ensure data integrity, consistency, and accurate reporting across all systems
- Configure workflows, permissions, and integrations to improve efficiency
- Provide guidance and support to HR and Finance teams on system usage
- Evaluate new tools, features, and integrations to recommend improvements
- Create and maintain process documentation and system guides
- Coordinate with vendors for support, upgrades, and feature rollouts
Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience administering or optimizing HR systems
- Hands-on experience with HRIS, payroll, ATS, or workforce management tools
- Experience leading system improvements or digital transformation initiatives
- Strong understanding of HR processes, data structures, and workflows
- Comfortable with integrations, automation, and process optimization
- Strong problem-solving and technical aptitude
- Experience working in remote or distributed teams is a plus
- Tools & SystemsExperience with tools such as BambooHR, HiBob, Workday, Deel, Remote, Gusto, ADP, Personio, TimeDoctor, or similar platforms is highly valued.
