About the role

  • Supervise and validate the organization's maturity assessment in strategy, product and tech (Thiga maturity framework, etc.), including evaluation of AI integration and its impact on the value chain. #FrameTheTransfo
  • Lead and develop consultants' skills on the engagement while training and coaching client teams, notably on new data organization practices and AI team structures. #EmpowerTeams
  • Co-pilot the engagement and/or take overall responsibility for the transformation. #LeadTheTransfo
  • Coordinate the design and deployment of Product Operating Models (including organization, governance, processes and technology) to ensure the Product function's efficiency and scalability. #OrganizeTeams
  • Facilitate and validate the development of strategic vision and OKRs (vision pyramid, OKRs, etc.). #SteerValueCreation
  • Collaborate effectively with the client's senior stakeholders and act as a strategic advisor.

Requirements

  • You have at least 6 years of experience as an Organization/Transformation Consultant within a consulting firm, including at least 2 years with team supervision and project/engagement leadership responsibilities.
  • You have led engagements in the following areas: defining and implementing a Product Operating Model, scoping and managing transformation programs, product training and coaching, change management, Product Ops, DevOps, lean portfolio and budget management, or scaled Agile.
  • You have actively led a digital transformation project or program within a large enterprise or a scale-up.
  • Experience managing teams is a plus.
