About the role

Maintain and enhance the Prisma Cloud Console (SaaS or self-hosted) and deploy Defenders/Enforcers across VMs, containers, and serverless workloads in AWS, Azure, and GCP.
Continuously tune and update rules for runtime protection, vulnerability management, compliance (NIST, CIS, PCI DSS), and network segmentation.
Maintain and expand integrations between Prisma Cloud and CI/CD systems (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab) to enforce security earlier in the development lifecycle.
Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues; perform root-cause analysis to ensure stable, scalable deployments.
Document architectures, configuration baselines, and lessons learned for future automation and knowledge transfer.
Provide knowledge transfer and training to internal delivery squads and client teams to sustain platform health post-deployment.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or related discipline —or equivalent practical experience.
5+ years of experience, including 3+ years implementing and maintaining cybersecurity tools in enterprise or federal settings.
Solid understanding of cloud architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP), container security, and CI/CD workflows.
Familiarity with Prisma Cloud or similar security platforms.
Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and cross-team collaboration skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly document and explain complex systems.
U.S. Citizenship required.
