Solutions Engineer

• Lead and contribute towards end-to-end Azure solution architecture (landing zones, micro-services, event streaming, data platforms) for mission-critical workloads.
• Define domain-driven designs, API contracts and integration patterns that enable high-throughput, high-availability and global scale.
• Promote DevOps, GitOps and IaC (Terraform/Bicep) pipelines; champion automated testing, blue/green deployments and FinOps disciplines.
• Facilitate architecture workshops with C-suite, product owners, delivery partners and offshore teams; provide technical governance through sprint reviews and release gates.
• Mentor senior engineers and junior architects; share patterns, code samples and POVs through Theta guilds and lunch-and-learns.
