About the role

  • Lead the design, development, and delivery of GenAI solutions across text, image, and audio modalities.
  • Build production-ready PoCs and integrate services using modern SDKs/APIs.
  • Drive best practices in AI safety, performance tuning, and observability.
  • Take ownership of secure and responsible AI development – including token/secret hygiene, PII protection, content safety, and prompt injection prevention.
  • Participate in activities and providing pre-sales demos, scope projects, and mentor both clients and consultants.
  • Contribute to and lead approved R&D initiatives and help shape Theta’s AI strategy.

Requirements

  • Strong coding skills in Python or JavaScript/TypeScript (C# a bonus).
  • Comfortable with tool‑calling/agent frameworks (e.g., Semantic Kernel, LangChain) and evaluation pipelines.
  • Proficiency with CI/CD, GitHub, and telemetry-driven optimisation.
  • Familiarity with enterprise Copilot adoption and multimodal AI.
  • Skilled in fine-tuning API-driven systems to balance performance and cost, using telemetry‑driven insights to guide optimisation.
  • Agile mindset with excellent communication and facilitation skills.
  • Passion for continuous improvement and delivering customer value.
