About the role
- Assist customers by phone and email
- Answer technical, usage, or business-related questions
- Track and follow up on requests and complaints
- Route inquiries to Level 2 support
- Contact prospects or clients as part of various assignments
- Manage and configure client access and client portals for all solutions
Requirements
- Education or experience in real estate
- Comfortable using computer tools and software
- Basic knowledge of asset management and/or finance is a plus
- Customer-service orientation and strong interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented, autonomous, and versatile
- Eagerness to learn and to share your knowledge
