About the role
- Deliver powerful, data-driven ABA services to ignite change and get results.
- Assess with precision and purpose: Conduct insightful screenings and evaluations that uncover each child’s unique needs.
- Administer and interpret standardized assessments to identify behavioral deficits.
- Design Plans of Care that become roadmaps for progress and independence.
- Lead and mentor your ABA team of BCaBAs and RBTs, because leadership is part of the therapy.
- Guide families with knowledge, empathy, and tools they can use daily.
- Track and assess progress that leads to meaningful success and celebrated milestones.
- Work side-by-side with a team that sees the whole child, not just the behavior.
- Choose from outpatient settings in Owensboro, Henderson, or telehealth delivery.
Requirements
- A graduate of an accredited Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) University program or equivalent coursework.
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) preferred — or currently eligible to begin fieldwork.
- Fieldwork trainees are encouraged to apply — supervision is paid and provided at no cost to you.
- Licensed or license-eligible as a Behavior Analyst in the state of Kentucky.
- Able to balance efficiency with clinical effectiveness in documentation, treatment, and supervision.
