About the role

  • Act as the primary technical consultant for customers regarding operational networking and DROP solutions
  • Conduct training sessions and Q&A forums on Drop Red
  • Provide feedback to Product teams for DROP Red viability
  • Troubleshoot waveform integration and network stand-up
  • Represent TWC and DROP portfolio at military and defense industry events
  • Conduct live demonstrations and operational briefings
  • Collaborate with Product and Design leadership to define features and workflows
  • Facilitate proof-of-concept testing and feedback loops

Requirements

  • Active-duty service member within 180 days of separation
  • 5 years of experience as a JTAC/TAC-P or Combat Controller
  • C3U Certified in IP networking, radio topology design, and Cisco-based network architectures
  • Experience integrating tactical radios, mesh networks, and edge compute systems
  • Familiarity with the Android Team Awareness Kit (ATAK) and related hardware/software integration
  • Must possess an active Secret Security Clearance
