About the role
- Building and maintaining high-quality financial models to support decision-making across the organization, from forecasting and scenario planning to strategic growth analysis. The models you build are reliable, transparent, and actionable.
- Taking ownership of key operational finance processes, including invoicing, accounts receivable/payable, and financial reporting.
- Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning efforts in collaboration with leadership.
- Producing clear and actionable financial insights for internal stakeholders and board reporting.
- Working with external bookkeeping partners to ensure smooth financial operations and compliance.
Requirements
- Have strong, proven financial modelling skills - you can build reliable models from scratch without hand-holding.
- Bring experience in operational finance tasks (e.g. invoicing, accounting coordination, reporting).
- Work independently and proactively in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment.
- Can balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
- Possess strong analytical and organizational skills, able to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
- Have a track record of excellence - consistently delivering beyond expectations.
- Show a sense of urgency, ownership, and drive to get things done.
- Communicate clearly and effectively in Finnish and English, both spoken and written.
