About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Help manage and grow SBA’s National Student Team, supporting the National Student Director
Collaborate with the Student Deployment program and cover assigned tasks
Recruit new student participants
Engage and support existing students
Supervise students traveling for deployment

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree
Managerial experience
Experience managing travel and events
Political campaign experience
Valid driver’s license
Ability to travel frequently by plane
Able to lift up to 20 lbs
Preferred: Experience with i360
Preferred: Experience with onboarding, payroll, and workers comp issues
