Accurately and consistently enter provider site and service data into Her PLAN’s CRM system (HubSpot)
Review all entries for completeness, formatting accuracy, and internal consistency
Apply established data standards, naming conventions, and documentation guidelines
Identify and flag missing, unclear, or conflicting information for review or follow-up
Maintain a high level of attention to detail across repetitive, structured data entry tasks
Meet established daily and weekly productivity goals
Communicate questions or data issues promptly to project leads as needed

Ability to follow written instructions precisely
Proficiency with basic computer tasks (copy/paste, spreadsheets, web forms)
