About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own the day-to-day revenue operations, working in close and direct alignment with the CEO
  • Lead a lean sales organization, ensure daily pipeline excellence, proper division of labor, and consistent target achievement
  • Design, test, and rapidly iterate on multi-channel outbound sequences, cold calling/email scripts, and inbound playbooks
  • Cultivate a transparent, high-energy, and zero-ego startup culture

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 7+ years of relevant experience in Sales and Business Development
  • Proven track record of working directly with a CEO or executive founders
  • Experience building process-heavy operations in flat organizations
  • Deep tactical comfort with setting up CRM workflows (Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive)
  • Experience with distributed remote teams
  • Full availability to work directly during US Eastern and Pacific Timezone hours
