Head of Sales
THE/STUDIOHead of Sales leading revenue operations and sales teams for THE/STUDIO. Driving growth and building sales processes in a fully remote environment with a global team.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own the day-to-day revenue operations, working in close and direct alignment with the CEO
- Lead a lean sales organization, ensure daily pipeline excellence, proper division of labor, and consistent target achievement
- Design, test, and rapidly iterate on multi-channel outbound sequences, cold calling/email scripts, and inbound playbooks
- Cultivate a transparent, high-energy, and zero-ego startup culture
Requirements
What you’ll need- 7+ years of relevant experience in Sales and Business Development
- Proven track record of working directly with a CEO or executive founders
- Experience building process-heavy operations in flat organizations
- Deep tactical comfort with setting up CRM workflows (Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive)
- Experience with distributed remote teams
- Full availability to work directly during US Eastern and Pacific Timezone hours
