About the role
- Lead, mentor, and manage the daily activities of both Inbound and Outbound sales representatives.
- Drive the team to meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs.
- Standardize and enforce sales workflows, scripts, and outreach cadences to ensure consistent customer experience.
- Balance the team’s focus between responding to hot leads and driving proactive growth.
- Conduct regular 1:1s, call monitoring, and live coaching sessions to improve conversion rates.
- Manage and optimize CRM usage, ensuring data integrity and that no lead falls through the cracks.
- Work closely with the Head of Sales to implement new initiatives quickly and efficiently.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Sales Team Lead or Sales Manager, specifically in a high-volume environment.
- Demonstrated experience managing both Inbound and Outbound teams.
- Previous experience in E-commerce, Startups, or Apparel/Product Manufacturing is highly preferred.
- Expert-level comfort with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive) and sales engagement platforms.
- Exceptional verbal and written English skills.
