About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Research and map clinical research financials via Advarra Visit Variation Report to contract pricing
- Collaborate with Sponsors and CROs to organize direct invoicing in applicable scenarios
- Work with START Accounting to identify direct invoicing scenarios and update necessary trackers
- Participate in reporting projects to identify rogue or potentially erroneous trial expenses
- Attend Revenue Cycle task meetings with Leadership and Study Teams to align with CTMS visions and changing requirements
- Work with clinical site operations teammates and ARIA systems to provide details for sponsor billing and payment
- Assist in streamlining mapping and reconciliation processes to support company growth and scaling
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in financial or business administration field, such as Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or similar
- Minimum of one year of CTMS experience, or equivalent experience through education and knowledge
- Clinical Trial Management System experience, specifically OnCore
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Excel and other Microsoft Office programs
