About the role
- Field marketing & events: Plan and execute owned online and offline events, trade shows and customer-facing formats that generate real market presence and demand.
- Community building: Build and nurture a strong network of customers, partners, associations and opinion leaders within the industrial ecosystem.
- Brand storytelling: Turn events, partnerships and community activities into compelling stories across the website, social media and campaigns.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Partnerships and Content to maximize reach and impact.
- Market presence: Represent remberg at external events and strengthen our positioning as the category leader in maintenance software.
Requirements
- Field & event marketing experience: Proven experience in field marketing, event marketing or community management (B2B experience is a strong advantage).
- Ownership & execution: A hands-on, proactive mindset with the ability to take ownership and deliver results.
- Networking & communication: Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine enthusiasm for building relationships.
- Storytelling mindset: A good sense for content, narrative and effective distribution.
- Values-driven: You embrace responsibility, collaboration, transparency and continuous learning — aligned with remberg’s values.
- Language skills: Fluent in German and English.
