Identify and implement improvements in interdepartmental and financial operational processes
Map current processes (as-is), identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies, and propose optimized solutions (to-be)
Collaborate closely with finance, technology, and operational teams to drive sustainable improvements and measurable outcomes
Document current processes involving information flows between teams and systems
Identify bottlenecks, recurring errors, or inconsistencies among platforms (ERP, CRM, spreadsheets, etc.)
Design optimized processes focused on efficiency, traceability, and automation opportunities
Develop continuous improvement roadmaps considering technical (systems) and human factors (roles, tasks, error reduction)
Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize improvement initiatives and implement viable plans
Create clear and functional visual documentation (BPMN, flowcharts, system diagrams)
Monitor the implementation and adoption of optimized processes, assess their impact and recommend adjustments as necessary
Conduct interviews, workshops, and walkthroughs with key users
Requirements
2+ years of experience in process analysis or redesign, preferably in administrative or financial areas
Functional knowledge of financial processes such as invoicing, reconciliation, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
Proficiency in process modeling tools: BPMN, Lucidchart, Miro, Visio, or equivalent
Experience with ERP platforms, CRM systems, collaborative spreadsheets, and basic databases
Strong analytical skills and the ability to clearly structure effective proposals
Experience conducting interviews, workshops, and walkthroughs with key users
Native Spanish speaker and intermediate English (technical document reading)
Preferred: Training or certification in continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen)
Preferred: Familiarity with automation tools (Zapier, Power Automate, RPA)
Preferred: Experience evaluating functional requirements for software development or integration
Preferred: Basic knowledge of system architecture (inputs, outputs, APIs, triggers)
Preferred: Experience in agile environments (Scrum, Kanban)
