About the role

  • **Mission:** Ensure that business needs are translated into well-defined technical solutions, coordinating teams and deliverables to achieve successful implementations, seamless integrations, and continuous improvement of technology products and services. This role is a key bridge between the functional and technical aspects, guaranteeing clarity, alignment, and quality in every delivery.
  • Responsibilities
  • - Gathering, analyzing, and documenting technical requirements for implementation processes.
  • - Managing operational requests and following up with development, technology, and operations teams.
  • - Defining and validating technical specifications for integrations, configurations, or new functionalities.
  • - Analyzing functional workflows, identifying issues, and proposing business-aligned solutions.
  • - Maintaining clear and consistent communication between technical and business areas to ensure understanding and meeting expectations.
  • - Supporting functional testing (UAT), validating developments, and ensuring quality prior to deployment.
  • - Participating in follow-up meetings, clarifying requirements, and monitoring deliverables.
  • - Continuously documenting processes, configurations, and integrations.

Requirements

  • **Essential Skills**
  • - Previous experience as a Functional Analyst, Technical Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role.
  • - Basic to intermediate technical knowledge (APIs, integrations, databases, log and workflow analysis).
  • - Ability to document technical and functional requirements.
  • - Ability to communicate clearly and assertively with both technical and non-technical teams.
  • - Organizational, tracking, and prioritization skills.
  • - Proactive and willing to investigate, ask questions, and escalate issues when necessary.
  • **Desirable Skills**
  • - Experience in requirements gathering for integrations or technology projects.
  • - Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
  • - Knowledge of project management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, Trello).
  • - Basic log reading and debugging skills.
