About the role

  • Advise and strategically guide the company in selecting and configuring the appropriate Odoo modules, ensuring alignment with business processes and needs.
  • Evaluate current processes to identify opportunities for improvement with Odoo and gather requirements from key business areas.
  • Present comparative analysis of suitable modules and functionalities and recommend module selection and services.
  • Define the functional architecture, develop a detailed roadmap for adoption and integration, and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Provide advisory sessions and train key users on navigation, configuration, and platform optimization.
  • Address technical and functional inquiries and coordinate with vendors and integrators for customizations.
  • Advise on organizational change management related to ERP implementation and collaborate with business leaders and operational teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
  • Strong expertise in Odoo and its module ecosystem.
  • Experience in functional consulting for ERPs (Odoo, SAP, NetSuite, or others).
  • Knowledge of Odoo configuration and parameterization for different business areas.
  • Familiarity with business process management in Finance, Accounting, Inventory, Sales, and Procurement.
  • Experience in Odoo implementation (preferred but not required).
  • Understanding of Python and PostgreSQL to comprehend Odoo’s architecture.
  • Familiarity with data migration, process automation, and custom reporting in Odoo.
  • Experience with Agile project management tools (JIRA, Asana, Trello).
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to define solutions aligned with business needs.
  • Results-Oriented: Capability to propose strategies that optimize business operations.
  • Effective Communication: Ability to clearly convey technical and functional concepts.
  • Team Collaboration: Strong ability to work with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Native Spanish.
  • Technical English proficiency preferred (for documentation and communication with Odoo vendors).
