Solutions Engineer

• Ensure the system we build is proven to be safe and airworthy for both R&D and company flight test purposes
• Lead design integration across software and hardware teams, untangling subtle interactions between components
• Work in ambiguous situations with limited information to track down root causes of hard-to-find verification issues
• Drive test and flight readiness requirements across a broad technical reach of disciplines with a sharp eye for risk
• Support the definition, build, and execution of ground and flight test campaigns
• Be onsite with the aircraft to monitor integration activities and iterate on the development process
• Ensure proper function of mechanical, electrical, and flight control systems onboard the aircraft
• Own ground and flight test operations within the organization
