About the role
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and fellow Designers to shape polished, data‑informed experiences across web and mobile platforms.
- Own user flows and design initiatives within your scope, contributing to research, design execution, and cross-functional delivery while learning from and supporting an experienced, international team.
- Contribute to the end-to-end product design process , from discovery to delivery, supporting senior designers and product leads where needed.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to understand pain points and validate design decisions.
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and polished UI using Figma and AVIV’s Gemini Design System.
- Participate in design critiques, workshops, and team rituals , sharing work regularly and learning from peers.
- Ensure design quality and consistency through design QA and close partnership with developers during implementation.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Designer in a digital product or tech-led environment.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design thinking and proficiency in both UX and UI design.
- Skilled in Figma and comfortable working within design systems.
- Experienced in conducting or collaborating on user research and applying insights to iterate and improve designs.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, thriving in agile, cross-functional teams.
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken); other European languages are a plus.
