About the role
- Develop and maintain dbt models that transform raw data into clean, trusted, and analytics-ready datasets in Snowflake.
- Define and evolve data contracts, metrics, and semantic models across key business domains.
- Collaborate with analysts, data scientists, and business stakeholders to deliver reliable and consistent data for insights and reporting.
- Apply best practices in testing, documentation, and version control to ensure data quality and reproducibility.
- Contribute to the architecture and evolution of the new data platform (bronze/silver/gold layers, CI/CD pipelines, data governance, and monitoring).
Requirements
- In depth production experience in analytics engineering, data modeling, or advanced analytics.
- Strong SQL and dbt skills – including modeling, testing, and macro development.
- Hands-on experience with Snowflake or another modern cloud data warehouse.
- Solid understanding of data modeling principles, ELT workflows, and tools in the modern data stack.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills – able to partner effectively with product, data, and business teams.
