Requirements

What you’ll need

Spanish first language speaker with **C1/C2 English proficiency**
Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited institution
TESOL, TEFL, or equivalent certification *(not required if your degree is in English Language Teaching)*
Minimum **2 years of ESL teaching experience** (online experience preferred)
Strong working knowledge of the **CEFR framework**
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally in both English and Spanish — written and verbal
Must pass a **background check**
Minimum 10 hours of weekly availability, including 5 peak-time hours
Comfortable working in a dynamic, platform-driven environment
Highly Advantageous: Prior experience teaching on structured online teaching platforms, Familiarity with AI-assisted or blended learning environments, Experience teaching absolute beginner students, Curriculum development or content contribution experience
