Assistant Manager, Crane Maintenance

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Supervise daily team activities of mechanics in the maintenance and repair of cranes.
- Coordinate and plan emergent repairs that occur during the shift.
- Develops and maintains reports for all assigned tasks and work started and/or completed during the shift.
- Manages relationships with ILA partners working within workspace.
- Documents work in record keeping systems along with pass down notes between rotating shifts.
- Coordinates asset availability within immediate department and partnering operational departments.
Requirements
What you’ll need- High School diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Continued education or Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
- Valid driver’s license; Transportation Worker Identification Credential, Relevant Technical Certification required.
- Five years of related experience required or Bachelor's degree in related field; One year of experience in leadership capacity required.
