About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide clinical oversight for a caseload of clients, ensuring individualized treatment plans align with ABA best practices
- Conduct one-on-one caregiver training sessions to empower families and support skill generalization
- Complete client intake assessments and develop comprehensive treatment plans
- Monitor RBT clinical performance and provide ongoing mentorship
- Maintain a small caseload while ensuring treatment fidelity across services
Requirements
What you’ll need- Master’s degree in ABA
- Active BCBA certification in good standing
- Active Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) credential in the State of Illinois
- Experience in clinical oversight, caregiver training, client intakes, and treatment planning
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Ability to train and mentor others
