Key responsibilities & impact- Prospect onboarding
- Schedule Introductory Sessions for open inquiries
- Develop and implement communication processes for social media inquiries
- Assist active members with customer service needs
- Facilitate communication between members, inquiries, and company staff
Requirements
What you’ll need- Current or former employee of Fastfit or The Perfect Workout
- Ability to work remotely from home
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A self-starter with a pattern of success at what he/she undertakes
- Analytical and problem solving skills
- Strong multitasking, time management and organizational skills
- Strong team player mindset
- Confidence and ease in communicating across multiple channels (phone calls, texts, email, and social media)
- Coachable - willing to try new things and is capable of to pivoting to new procedures
- Education driven with the ability to implement key takeaways into introductory calls
- Ability to answer every call and question with the intention of having a positive outcome.
