Prospect onboarding
Schedule Introductory Sessions for open inquiries
Develop and implement communication processes for social media inquiries
Assist active members with customer service needs
Facilitate communication between members, inquiries, and company staff

Requirements

What you’ll need

Current or former employee of Fastfit or The Perfect Workout
Ability to work remotely from home
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A self-starter with a pattern of success at what he/she undertakes
Analytical and problem solving skills
Strong multitasking, time management and organizational skills
Strong team player mindset
Confidence and ease in communicating across multiple channels (phone calls, texts, email, and social media)
Coachable - willing to try new things and is capable of to pivoting to new procedures
Education driven with the ability to implement key takeaways into introductory calls
Ability to answer every call and question with the intention of having a positive outcome.
