About the role
- Own quality for OCCRP’s digital products
- Design test coverage and reproduce bugs
- Communicate with users
- Improve testing and debugging workflows
- Involve in manual diagnosing and triaging of bugs
- Conduct exploratory testing and writing automated tests
Requirements
- Provided QA for distributed, cloud-native applications
- Excellent, proactive communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable reading, (not necessarily writing), Go, React, and Python code
- Use Git and Jira fluently
- Proactive in proposing new test cases
- Experience testing APIs and data-intensive applications
- Exposure to Kubernetes and Apache Beam (nice to have)
- Familiarity with OSINT or investigative journalism tools or FTM-style data (nice to have)
- Experience writing automated tests with Selenium, Cypress, or similar (nice to have)
