Key responsibilities & impact

Responsible for volunteer recruitment and communication
Organizing and servicing all NWTF committees and fundraising events/activities within the assigned region
Solidifying and growing new fundraising opportunities through volunteer recruitment and personal leadership
Ensuring compliance with NWTF established operating and reporting procedures
Maintaining accurate volunteer and chapter contact information
Communicating with DFO, National Headquarters staff, and other stakeholders
Working with State Chapter President and agencies to develop strong State Chapter and State Super Fund
Promoting NWTF and its mission to members and communities
Completing and submitting required documents and evaluations in a timely manner
Producing Year over Year growth for event net revenue
Safeguarding and maintaining NWTF equipment and property

Requirements

Bachelors - Marketing, Sales, Management or equivalent experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
Excellent sales and customer service skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment
