Executive Administrative and Governance Coordinator

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide administrative support of a substantial and confidential nature to the Co-Executive Directors
- Anticipate needs and proactively solve problems for the Co-Executive Directors and the M4BL Board of Directors
- Work closely with the Strategy Table coordinator for M4BL governance support
- Manage complex calendars, travel arrangements, and associated logistics for the Co-Executive Directors
- Prioritize, plan, coordinate, and oversee logistics for meetings and conferences
- Prepare, compile, and disseminate Board meeting documents and keep impeccable minutes
- Organize and manage logistics associated with internal meetings/events/retreats
- Compose correspondence and develop, review, and edit presentations and documentation
- Manage multiple projects and track critical dates, expenses, and events
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree and seven years of relevant experience or combination of education and relevant experience
- Demonstrated extensive high-level administrative experience supporting executive level individuals
