About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Translate growth, client-service, and operating priorities into technology requirements, workflows, user needs, and implementation plans
- Sequence technology-enabled workstreams and track progress against priorities
- Connect business stakeholders, IT, shared services, and third-party partners
- Support Salesforce enablement for growth, account visibility, relationship intelligence, resource planning, and reporting
- Define Salesforce fields, workflows, data capture, dashboards, reporting inputs, and user-experience improvements
- Support data-quality efforts and connect Salesforce workflows with operating cadences and reporting needs
- Identify, prioritize, test, refine, and roll out AI-enabled tools and workflows
- Coordinate third-party vendors on requirements, testing, feedback, issue resolution, implementation, and deliverables
- Develop user guidance, training materials, workflow documentation, and adoption support
- Gather user feedback and identify friction points and improvement opportunities
- Map workflows and reduce manual effort, duplication, and unclear ownership
- Connect data logic across Salesforce, reporting tools, AI workflows, and knowledge-management systems
- Support workflow and data improvements for accounting planning, business development enablement, reporting, and leadership visibility
Requirements
What you’ll need- 8–10 years of experience in business systems, technology enablement, operations, revenue operations, CRM operations, AI workflow enablement, consulting operations, or related fields
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
- Proven experience with Salesforce, including workflow improvement, reporting inputs, adoption support, or business-requirements gathering
- Ability to translate business needs into requirements for technical teams or third-party partners
- Experience supporting technology implementation, system enhancements, user testing, training, or adoption efforts
- Exposure to AI-enabled tools, automation, knowledge-management systems, or workflow-improvement tools strongly preferred
- Experience in professional services, consulting, executive search, leadership advisory, or another relationship-driven business required
- Ability to collaborate with senior stakeholders, business users, vendors, and technical partners
- Systems-oriented approach connecting tools, data, workflows, and user behavior
- Disciplined project-management skills, including tracking workstreams, dependencies, timelines, and follow-through
- Judgment around usability, adoption, confidentiality, and business impact
- Ability to explain technical or workflow topics clearly to non-technical users
- Curiosity about AI, technology-enabled workflows, and professional-services technology
- Collaborative, service-oriented, practical, and solutions-oriented approach
- Ability to bring structure to ambiguity and manage multiple priorities
