About the role

  • Apply incoming customer payments (checks, credit cards, electronic transfers) to invoices in NetSuite
  • Respond to customer inquiries about payments, invoice discrepancies, cancellations, balances, and document requests via email
  • Review and distribute incoming mail, organize customer checks and financial documents
  • Review and action telephone answering service messages
  • Maintain and update financial records and member data in CRM systems (Salesforce and HubSpot)
  • Assist with daily and monthly reconciliation of customer accounts
  • Assist the Central Support Team with general member inquiries via Intercom ticketing system
  • Provide administrative and financial support to Sales and Project Management teams
  • Report directly to the Central Support Desk Success Manager and work PST hours

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of accounting, bookkeeping, or finance-related administrative experience
  • Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce and HubSpot preferred
  • Experience working with accounting or financial tools (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets for data tracking and reporting
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A team player with a service-oriented mindset and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with Docusign, Jira, or Intercom is a plus
