About the role

  • Conduct initial screening calls with potential clients to determine if they have a qualifying immigration case.
  • Clearly and compassionately explain our services and gather essential information needed to assess eligibility.
  • Build rapport with prospective clients by demonstrating empathy and a genuine desire to help.
  • Follow up with inquiries, reschedule missed appointments, and keep potential clients engaged in the process.
  • Accurately update CRM records and maintain an organized call and follow-up system.
  • Support the sales pipeline by driving qualified leads forward through persuasive and strategic communication.
  • Consistently meet individual performance goals on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of sales experience, preferably in professional services or consultative sales environments
  • Strong communication skills in English required; bilingual Spanish/English strongly preferred
  • Proven track record of engaging with prospects and contributing to successful conversions or deal progression
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust quickly with diverse clients
  • Comfortable discussing sensitive immigration matters with empathy and professionalism
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and ability to manage organized sales processes
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and drive to achieve goals
  • Must be based in Tegucigalpa or San Pedro Sula, Honduras, with awareness that the role will begin remotely and transition to in-person.
