Requirements

What you’ll need

A J.D. from an accredited law school and an active license (or ability to obtain promptly) in one of the following states: Utah, Colorado, Wyoming, Montana
At least five years of civil litigation experience, with substantial plaintiff-side personal injury and/or wrongful death work
A demonstrated ability to manage cases independently from intake through resolution or trial
Strong legal writing, complex discovery, motion practice, negotiation, and oral advocacy skills
Willingness to travel as cases require
Direct trucking litigation experience, on either the plaintiff or defense side, is a real plus.
