Requirements

What you’ll need

A degree in translation, linguistics or language studies or an equivalent degree that includes significant translation training, from a recognized institution of higher education; or a degree in any other field from a recognized institution of higher education and has the equivalent of two years of full-time professional experience in translating; or the equivalent of five years of full-time professional experience in translating.
Bilingual proficiency in English (US) and Spanish (US) (native Spanish preferred)
Strong localization skills and cultural knowledge of both source and target languages
Experience with medical terminology in the US market (patient-facing content such as AVS)
Experience in post-editing machine translation (MT) and/or localization
Familiarity with MT and LLM technologies
Proficiency in CAT tools, especially memoQ
