About the role
- Manage and prioritize the data engineering backlog
- Lead delivery of data engineering projects
- Ensure timely execution of data pipeline development
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to define data requirements
- Monitor and report on project progress
- Establish and enforce program timelines
- Drive risk management and issue resolution
- Optimize and maintain cloud-based data platforms
- Develop and enforce data engineering best practices
- Conduct regular status meetings and reviews with stakeholders
- Oversee the integration of new data sources

- Ensure timely and accurate documentation of engineering processes
- Evaluate emerging tools and technologies
Requirements
- Data Engineering Background: You’ve spent at least 10 years in Software/Data Engineering Development and/or Team management roles
