Key responsibilities & impact

Co-create Alliance leadership strategy to advise JGI staff
Assist with agenda development for the Alliance gathering
Facilitate a 1-2 hour interactive session with Alliance members
Review Alliance strategic plan materials and assess current state
Participate in planning sessions for the workshop
Develop report detailing recommendations for Alliance leadership and management strategy.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience working with nonprofits, community-led organizations, and/or coalitions
Relevant qualifications in the field of environmental studies or community development
Familiarity with strategic planning processes
Must be able to facilitate workshops effectively
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
