About the role
- own the client inquiry pipeline and monitor monthly inquiry trends
- track and report on key marketing metrics (traffic, inquiries, referral sources, conversion)
- diagnose changes in inquiry volume and recommend adjustments to restore or increase client flow
- coordinate SEO strategy, website improvements, and digital visibility efforts
- oversee Google Business Profile and online reputation systems
- identify and test marketing experiments (ads, landing pages, referral outreach, etc.)
- coordinate with external vendors or contractors executing marketing work
- provide clear monthly reporting and strategic recommendations to leadership
- oversee marketing materials to ensure alignment with brand and strategy
- other duties as assigned
Requirements
- strong, firsthand knowledge of marketing
- high comfortability with technology and a willingness and ability to learn new platforms, as necessary
- strong knowledge of analytics and reporting, including SEO and Google Analytics
- ability to stay in alignment with brand-specific guidelines
- strong understanding of current effective marketing practices
- strong time management, interpersonal communication, and organizational skills
- high levels of conscientiousness
