Key responsibilities & impact

deliver virtual therapy services to individuals, couples, and/or families
guiding prospective clients through initial consultations and establishing ongoing therapeutic relationships
conducting initial consultations
fostering strong therapeutic relationships that encourage retention and progress
completing clinical documentation in a timely manner
aligning with clinic processes and contributing to a cohesive client experience

Requirements

What you’ll need

Registered Psychotherapist in Ontario
strong clinical capability and the ability to connect with clients from the very first interaction
comfortable working in a virtual environment
confident in guiding initial consultations into ongoing therapeutic relationships
able to build trust quickly, create a sense of safety, and help clients feel confident in continuing their care
strong organizational skills to complete documentation within designated timeframes
flexibility to work evenings and at least one weekend day, in alignment with client needs
experience conducting consultations or intake sessions is considered an asset
ability to work with a diverse client population
