About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage end-to-end FF&E planning, procurement, delivery, and installation
  • Lead move/relocation coordination including scope development, vendor bidding, and on-site execution
  • Collaborate with project teams (architects, contractors, and user groups) to align budget, schedule, and design requirements
  • Review drawings and specifications to ensure proper infrastructure coordination (power, data, layout, etc.)
  • Track and manage budgets, schedules, and procurement processes
  • Coordinate logistics for deliveries, installations, and occupancy readiness
  • Oversee swing space planning and transitions between project phases
  • Ensure successful project close-out including documentation and punch list completion

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Construction Management, or related field (or equivalent experience in lieu of degree)
  • 6–10 years of experience in project management, relocation/move management, FF&E coordination, or facilities
  • Strong understanding of FF&E procurement and installation processes
  • Ability to read and interpret architectural and furniture drawings
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills across multiple stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Bluebeam/Adobe
  • Nice to Have
  • Experience with public-sector or educational projects
  • Background in interior design, asset management or procurement
  • Familiarity with AutoCAD or design tools
