About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage end-to-end FF&E planning, procurement, delivery, and installation
- Lead move/relocation coordination including scope development, vendor bidding, and on-site execution
- Collaborate with project teams (architects, contractors, and user groups) to align budget, schedule, and design requirements
- Review drawings and specifications to ensure proper infrastructure coordination (power, data, layout, etc.)
- Track and manage budgets, schedules, and procurement processes
- Coordinate logistics for deliveries, installations, and occupancy readiness
- Oversee swing space planning and transitions between project phases
- Ensure successful project close-out including documentation and punch list completion
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Construction Management, or related field (or equivalent experience in lieu of degree)
- 6–10 years of experience in project management, relocation/move management, FF&E coordination, or facilities
- Strong understanding of FF&E procurement and installation processes
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and furniture drawings
- Excellent communication and coordination skills across multiple stakeholders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Bluebeam/Adobe
- Nice to Have
- Experience with public-sector or educational projects
- Background in interior design, asset management or procurement
- Familiarity with AutoCAD or design tools
