• Immediate HIRE – Commissioned Designer/Sales Rep
• Visit clients in person in their homes for design consultations
• Estimating, proposal design, follow up, ordering and overall project oversight for complete customer satisfaction
• Strong marketing support will increase after training
• Create and send customer proposals within a timely manner

Requirements

MINIMUM OF 2-3 YEARS of Sales or Design or Estimating EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
1-2 Years cabinet Design Experience and mos. +CAD software, at least ability to learn it quickly
STRONG professional communication skills and knowledge of WORD, EXCEL, ADOBE and email attachments and scanning
Love People and be able to connect with people – strong LISTENING skills
Strong organizational skills and extremely high-level attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong phone follow up
Portfolio of successful, completed projects or similar work
Ability to respectfully communicate and work effectively in a team environment
Willingness to learn new project management/estimating practices and workflow
Self-motivated, strong work ethic to succeed and get results
Professional clean cut in appearance and demeanor and willingness to embrace The Garage Authority culture
