About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Licensed and in good standing to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
  • California licensure preferred, but not required
  • Minimum of 5+ years of family law experience
  • Exceptional legal research and persuasive legal writing skills
  • Extensive experience drafting substantive family law pleadings and motions
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to consistently meet deadlines
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
